0.2 Changes

Changes made in 0.2 update:

totally reworked how weapons work, now having one type of weapon and upgrading it you instead can combine the different weapons to get new ways to attack.

still not sure id I should make it so that you can not cycle through the powerups by shooting them or if I should make it random
